Harvey Olsan likes to work in his Levis and boots out on the land, distinguishing him from mainland Realtors. When Harvey isn't working on real estate, he can be found working to help his community, for the past 16 years as Fire Commissioner, helping fund raising for 24 hour medical care on the island, and an organizer for Job Shadows, a program where school students to spend time with professionals in the work world.

Victoria Shaner has been an Orcas Island resident since 2003 and a Sales Associate of the Two Lane Road Team - a highly successful unit operating within Windermere Real Estate - since entering the real estate field.
Growing up with a mother who was one of the most successful Realtors in southern Tennessee, Victoria absorbed invaluable lessons at the kitchen table. "I watched my mother time and again do what was best for her client. She always worked hard, but it was her commitment to her clients that left the deepest impression."
Before entering the real estate field, Victoria worked for several years in local banking on Orcas, learning about the Island and its residents and honing her analytical skills. "But when the opportunity presented itself to join the Two Lane Road Team, I knew this is what I was raised to do!"
Victoria loves hiking with her border collie and exploring all the corners of this special island.
